Working alongside the Team Manager, you will provide supervision, guidance, and support to Social Workers and Family Workers, ensuring children, young people, and families receive timely and effective services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Team Manager in the day-to-day management of the Family Help TeamProvide professional supervision, mentoring, and support to practitionersPromote high-quality safeguarding practice and decision-makingAssist with workload management, performance monitoring, and service deliverySupport child protection, child in need, and family support planningChair and contribute to professional meetings as requiredWork collaboratively with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and familiesContribute to quality assurance, audit activity, and practice improvementSupport staff development, ..... full job details .....
