Assistant Team Manager | Family Help Hub | Hampshire | -42 per Hour
Caritas Recruitment is recruiting for experienced Assistant Team Managers to join Hampshire Children''s Services Family Help Hubs.
Opportunities are available in Fareham & Gosport and East Hants (covering multiple Family Help Teams across the district).
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced senior practitioners or existing managers looking to support frontline delivery and practice improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Team Manager with day-to-day operational leadership.
• Provide case oversight and quality assurance.
• Support supervision, mentoring and development of Social Workers.
• Assist with service performance and practice standards.
• Support allocation and management of complex safeguarding cases.
• Promote excellent outcomes for children and families.
