Our Client, a Merseyside council is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to join their Early Help Team.Fantastic payrate of £40 per hour!Are you a Children''s Social Worker, passionate about making a difference in your community? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role:Provide supervision, guidance, and support to Early Help practitioners, ensuring high-quality practice and professional developmentOversee and review Early Help Assessments and intervention plans, ensuring timely and effective support for children and familiesSupport the Team Manager with case allocation, workload management, and day-to-day operational oversightMonitor safeguarding risks, offering advice on thresholds and escalating concerns where necessaryDeputise for the Team Manager in their absence, including leading team meetings and making operational decisionsPromote effective multi-agency working with partners such as schools, health, and voluntary servicesConduct audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practiceTrack team performance and outcomes, ensuring accurate recording and adherence to service targetsRequirements of this role:Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work EnglandMust have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experienceBenefits of working through Reed, include:Dedicated Recruitment Consultant.Aftercare service delivered by Candidate Care Team.Free CV building and ..... full job details .....
