Assistant Team Manager required in Family Help Hubs across Hampshire - Basingston / Eastleigh & Winchester
Job Purpose
- To ensure continuity/consistency in delivery of service by supervising staff as delegated by the Team Manager
- To retain experienced SW/OT staff in front line positions
- To work with complex cases within departmental policies and procedures
- To assist Team Manager by contributing to the planning and development of the service within commissioning plans and to assist the management of the workflow
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
