This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Operator, Supervisor or Team Leader who is ready to take the next step and develop towards running their own team. Working alongside our current Night Shift Team Leader, you’ll help manage a small team, providing support and stepping up to lead the team when required. You’ll also have opportunities to provide cover for other Team Leaders, giving you valuable experience across the wider production operation. The Role Support and deputise for the Night Shift Team Leader. Lead and motivate the production team to achieve output, quality and safety standards. Provide Team Leader cover during holidays and absence. Work closely with Engineering to resolve machinery and production issues. Assist with basic fault-finding and problem-solving.
