Assistant Sustainability Consultant
Assistant Sustainability Consultant- BREEAM AP or Sustainability Strategy experience. Milton Keynes- 3 days a week in the office for training. My Client, a market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in the heart of Milton Keynes is searching for an Assistant Sustainability Consultant to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis (3 days a week). As an Assistant Sustainability Consultant you will trained by a friendly team to specialise in BREEAM Assessments, sustainability strategies and compliance. You will complete; BREEAM Assessments for RIBA stages 1-4 (pre-planning to construction phases). You will be trained to complete BREEAM Accreditation. Ensure documentation is BRE Complaint. Manage numerous BREEAM Assessments at various stages throughout RIBA Stages 1-4 from pre-planning to construction phase. You will also have the chance to train and develop your skills to complete; Whole Life Carbon Assessments. Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick LCA. Sustainability Strategies and Statements. Energy Modelling. CFD Modelling. As an Assistant Sustainability Consultant you are expected to live locally to Milton Keynes and ideally have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing sustainability strategies and reviewing BREEAM Assessments.
