The Role: The Surveying and Planning Team are guardians of the estate from an ownership, asset management and planning perspective. You''ll be part of this expanding remit, working with the Head of Surveying and Planning, to take responsibility for various strategic projects and day to day management of selected tenant relationships across the Campuses. The post holder will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Asset/Estate Management including raising invoices, conducting rent reviews and lease renewals, marketing and new lettings.
