Assistant Surveyor - Property and Asset Management

The Role As an Assistant Surveyor, you will support the effective management and performance of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring that buildings are maintained to a high standard and occupiers receive an excellent level of service. You will work closely with asset management teams, clients, contractors and internal specialists, helping to deliver operational excellence, maintain compliance and identify opportunities to enhance the occupier experience. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant and well maintained.
