Each person has their own en-suite room, and we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support by:Assisting with personal care in a dignified and respectful wayEncouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingPromoting independence and helping people achieve their personal goalsFollowing individual support plans and risk assessmentsBuilding positive, trusting relationships through collaborative workingHoist training is required, with full support provided to refresh or gain this skill if needed.Shifts and RotaYou will work a two-week rolling rota:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, SundayWeek 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, FridayYou must be able to work every other weekend and complete one sleep-in per week (Sleep-ins are paid at an enhanced flat rate of 52.78 per sleep-in).About YouYou are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach and a commitment to working respectfully and collaboratively.A full ..... full job details .....
