You will provide person-centred support to help residents live independently, including assisting with medication, appointments, daily living tasks and community activities.We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and proactive, with a commitment to treating people with respect, working collaboratively and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.Shifts:7am-3pm2pm-10pmSleep-ins as required (for sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).About YouYou are caring, reliable and proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
