You will help create an environment where individuals feel empowered to build independence and achieve their goals. The Role Provide person-centred support, including some lone working Promote life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting and shopping Support with medication and managing finances Build positive, supportive relationships Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments Complete sleep-ins (min. one per week) and work every other weekend Shifts: 3 days per week with a mix of early, late and sleep-in shifts.
