The Role You will provide person-centred support that makes a real difference, including: Support with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting Encouraging community involvement and local activities Following individual support plans and risk assessments Building positive, trusting relationships that promote independence 3 days per week, including alternate weekends and sleep-in shifts (paid at -52.78 per sleep-in).
