We work together to create a warm, inclusive environment where each person feels respected, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will:Support with personal care in a dignified, compassionate wayAssist with medication, health appointments and daily living skillsHelp with cooking, cleaning, shopping and community activitiesFollow personalised support plans and contribute to risk assessmentsBuild trusting relationships and respond calmly to emergenciesAbout YouNo previous care experience is needed - we offer full training, a structured induction and the chance to gain a recognised qualification.You will bring a positive, flexible attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
