We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where each person feels understood, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will:Support with medication and provide personal care with dignity and compassionEncourage life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingOrganise trips and community activitiesFollow personalised support plans and risk assessmentsBuild positive relationships that help individuals achieve their personal goalsSupport people in their own homes or supported settings, sometimes independentlyAbout YouYou are caring, reliable and proactive, with a genuine desire to help others thrive. You communicate well, adapt to individual needs, and value teamwork and collaboration.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, along with completing at least one sleep-in per week.
