The Role; As a Distribution Assistant Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operation runs efficiently while supporting, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities; Support the daily running of the distribution operation. Pick, pack, check, and prepare customer orders, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and free from damage. Move stock and materials between factory units and ensure products are stored correctly. Assist customers and drivers with the collection and loading of orders. Investigate missing items, loading issues, and stock discrepancies. Support the Distribution Supervisor with training, coaching, and supervising the team, stepping in during their absence when required.
