This role is a 12 Month fixed term position.Our client is a fast-paced high street retailer that are still expanding. You will be the at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in store and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.Benefits include:Salary up to £31,000Performance related monthly bonusPensionAnd so much more….Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:Supporting to the Store Manager, you will lead the team in storeLead well by example, driving sales and KPI performanceDriving customer service and giving the ultimate shopping experienceInspiring, coaching and development of all associatesControlling costs and budgets and inputting data for weekly reportsSupporting with HR and recruitmentAssistant Store Manager experience and background:Retail experience in a fast-paced environment at a Supervisory or Management level.Customer focused environmentMust have people management experienceCurrently managing KPIs and budgets to improve current store performanceHas a track record of driving sales, performance and KPI''sWe are keen to speak with candidates who can adapt and work within a fast-paced environment, hands on and a strong leader!
