What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Store Manager in driving performance across all KPIs

Leading by example on the shop floor — energising the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Using data to pre-empt challenges and spot opportunities — you’ll be proactive, not reactive

Creating a welcoming, exciting space for our diverse customer base — including high-profile visitors and influencers

Acting as a brand advocate — both in-store and on social media — showcasing what makes Oxford Street East a must-visit destination

Coaching and developing team members, spotting talent, and supporting progression

Providing clear, constructive feedback and confidently addressing performance or conduct issues with fairness and professionalism

Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment where no two days are the same
