Assistant Store Manager - What you''ll be doing: Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy retail store. Leading, motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service. Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs. Analysing commercial reports and making decisions to improve performance. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development. Ensuring excellent standards of stock control, merchandising and store presentation. Managing store opening and closing procedures, including security and daily briefings.
