Be able to deputise in the absence of the Opticians ManagerLead, motivate, and manage a team on a daily basisDrive sales performance while maintaining excellent customer service standardsPromote MandS Opticians throughout the store to increase awareness and appointmentsConduct training and performance reviews for sales advisorsEnsure a seamless and professional customer journey, addressing enquiries and concernsManage store KPIs, ensuring profitability and business growthDrive brand awareness through in-store marketing activitiesAssist or carry out any additional tasks as requiredAbout You
