This role is for an HR and Recruitment Specialist at Aldi UK, focusing on helping to run a £multi-million store, while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team. The day-to-day work may involve supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, placing orders or handling customer queries. You may also be focused on people management and performance or organising holiday rotas for the team, while helping to maximise sales, ensure great customer service, minimise costs and optimise operational efficiency. You’ll be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence. Flexible 40 or 45-hour contracts.
