We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an internationally renowned luxury fashion house, celebrated for its timeless elegance, craftsmanship, and distinctive style. Specialising in lingerie, swimwear, and ready-to-wear, the Maison embodies sophistication, confidence, and modern femininity.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Retail Manager in leading the team, overseeing boutique operations, and driving commercial success, while ensuring every client receives an exceptional and personalised experience.

The Role:

Supporting the Boutique Manager in day-to-day operations.

Leading by example in providing outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Driving sales performance, achieving KPIs, and contributing to the success of the boutique.

Supervising stock management, visual merchandising, and boutique presentation.

Coaching, motivating, and developing the boutique team.

Acting as deputy in the absence of the Boutique Manager.

About You:

Previous supervisory or management experience in luxury or premium retail.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team.

Passion for delivering excellence in customer service.

Proven sales skills with strong commercial awareness.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Professional appearance with elegant presentation.

The Package:

Up to £35,000 + Commission
