Working closely with the Store Manager, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of a large retail space, leading by example, supporting the team and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.You''ll be responsible for: Supporting the Store Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Leading, motivating and developing the retail team. Delivering exceptional customer service and confidently resolving customer queries. Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and till procedures. Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards. Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring products are accurately displayed and priced. Assisting with staff training, rotas and operational planning. Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained across the store. We''re looking for someone who: Has at least 2-3 years'' experience in a retail supervisor or Assistant Manager role.
