If so, we would love to hear from you!We are working with a welcoming primary school in Brent seeking to appoint an Assistant Special Needs CoordinatorThis exciting role will involve working closely with the SENCo to support the effective provision for pupils with SEND across the school, whilst delivering targeted interventions and supporting staff to meet individual pupil needs.Responsibilities of this role:Work alongside the SENCo to identify, assess, and monitor pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring appropriate provision is in place.Deliver high-quality targeted interventions and personalised support programmes for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.Support the implementation, review, and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), support plans, and EHCP outcomes.Assist with tracking pupil progress, analysing assessment data, and contributing to reports for parents, governors, and external agencies.Liaise effectively with teachers, teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting pupils with additional needs.Support staff in implementing effective SEND ..... full job details .....
