Assistant Spa Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to take on a key leadership position within a high-end setting, known for delivering outstanding guest experiences.The spa offers a wide range of indulgent treatments and wellness experiences and as Assistant Spa Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring its continued success, implementing strategies to maximise revenue, optimise therapist utilisation and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth running and efficient service deliveryOptimise treatment revenue and therapist utilisation by implementing strategic yield management and ensuring all treatments are delivered effectively and in alignment with brand standardsManage operational effectiveness by overseeing budgets, establishing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementing strategic controls, and ensuring consistent availability of essential equipment and suppliesOversee the recruitment, training and development of the spa team while monitoring performance to maintain the standards and targetsEnsure availability of equipment and suppliesBuild strong relationships with members and guests and manage group spa business and eventsWho Theyre Looking for:Minimum qualifications: VTCTNVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Foundation Degree in Beauty and Spa Management, BSc (Hons) Spa Management, or BSc (Hons) International Spa ManagementMinimum of 1 years experience in a spa management role, or as a salon manager, ideally within a recognised spa, large 5-star spa or luxury salon environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal and social skillsStrong leadership and team motivation skillsProven ability to achieve targets against budget and manage stock, inventory and COSProven track record in delivering treatments and guest journeys to a 5* standardFlexibility to work additional hours and cover treatments when requiredElemis trained, desirableBenefits:28 days annual leaveCompany pensionPrivate medical insuranceComplimentary gym membershipThis is a fantastic opportunity for a talented spa professional to take on a key leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations of one of the resorts most prestigious features in a 5 star luxury resort setting.Sound Interesting?If you are looking take the next step in your spa management career and create memorable wellness experiences, we want to hear from you.
