Assistant Solicitor

Assistant SolicitorBelfast£19.32 per hour MAIN PURPOSEThe Solicitor will undertake and assist in the provision of professional and timely legal advice and assistance in relation to a range of matters across the main functions of the team, with a focus on social housing, the conduct of High Court civil litigation, including judicial review and tribunal work, and conduct of contentious work, as directed, which may include homelessness legislation, employment, FOI/Data Protection, civil litigation. The Assistant Solicitor will be expected to work independently, under the supervision of the Senior Solicitors within Legal Services to ensure the provision of a high-quality legal services to all levels of the organisation.
