We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Lawyer to join our London team but able to work North-West based, working alongside an experienced Lead Lawyer on a high-profile client account. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years'' PQE to gain exposure to a varied caseload of Employer''s Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims, ranging from lower-value matters through to complex, high-value cases worth millions of pounds. What You''ll Be Doing Working closely with the Lead and wider specialist team, you will play a key role in managing and progressing a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims while delivering exceptional service to a valued client. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with and managing EL/PL personal injury claims. Handling cases spanning a broad range of values, from straightforward matters to million-pound disputes. Supporting the strategic management of a major client account. Investigating liability, quantum, and coverage-related issues. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for clients. About You: We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors who can demonstrate: 2-4 years'' post-qualification experience (PQE). Experience handling defendant personal injury claims.
