Assistant Solicitor - Motor Crime

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists in motor crime, regulatory investigations and inquests, supporting individuals and organisations through some of the most challenging circumstances they may face. The Opportunity You will join a specialist team that advises and represents corporate organisations and individuals involved in criminal, regulatory and Coronial investigations following serious workplace and road traffic incidents. The team is often instructed immediately following an incident and provides support throughout the entire investigation and prosecution process, from police interviews through to court proceedings and inquests. A significant proportion of the work involves defending motorists, including commercial and private drivers, in matters ranging from technical road traffic offences through to serious cases involving dangerous driving, fatal collisions and manslaughter allegations.
