      <description>Location: Aldershot | Salary: 20.00-20.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | We are seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of a construction site. The role requires a hands-on individual who will be present on-site, assisting with site operations and ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are maintained. Key Responsibilities:  Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations Ensure work is carried out safely and in line with regulations Help manage subcontractors and site activities Maintain site records, reports, and general paperwork Support health and safety compliance on site Conduct basic site inspections and report issues Assist with scheduling and coordination of works  Requirements:  Valid CSCS Card SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) First Aid at Work certification Previous construction site experience preferred Good organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Desirable:  Experience in a similar role Basic IT skills for reporting and documentation</description>
