Assistant Site Supervisor - Full Time North London-based Permanent £32,055 +7.5% Shift Allowance We''re recruiting an Assistant Site Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy operational site. This is a hands-on role involving staff supervision, site standards, and public-facing responsibilities. Weekend working is required on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Supervisor with health and safety compliance and safe site operationsSupervise staff and contractors, including rota and cover management when requiredCarry out daily site inspections, reporting, and incident logging using internal systemsOversee site operations, vehicle movements, and basic equipment checksMaintain high standards of site cleanliness and organisationEngage professionally with members of the public and clearly communicate site rules Requirements Previous experience in a site-based or operational environmentConfident dealing with the public and supervising teamsFlexible to work across sites and weekends on a rotaBasic IT skills (Word, Excel, internal systems)Willingness to undertake training (e.g. plant operation, First Aid)Driving licence ..... full job details .....
