Responsibilities Conducting thorough inspections of plots from second fix through to CML sign-off and handover. Coordinating trades (painters, carpenters, cleaners) to ensure remedial works are completed swiftly and to a high standard. Ensuring all finishing works align with the 5-star HBF standards and NHBC requirements. Monitoring site safety standards within the finishing plots and ensuring a clean working environment.
