This is an immediate requirement for a minimum 4-week contract, with the potential for extension. Your new role You will play a key role in the final stages of the build programme, ensuring plots are completed to a high standard and ready for customer handover. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage snagging works, oversee quality inspections and ensure health & safety standards are maintained across site.
