Assist-with ensuring-the development is completed on time and is up to code with all-specifications and safety regulations Maintaining accurate records for the site including-staff inductions, HSE, timesheets, incident reports, quality control checklists Ensure materials are called off in a timely manner and checked- Supervise the workers on site - this is inclusive of all subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time Requirements: Experience with a large-house building company as an Assistant or Trainee Knowledge of the-NHBC standards of practice Understanding of HSE legislation Valid CSCS Card- SMSTS 3 day First Aid (preffered due to site requirements) Full UK Driving Licence is required Salary & Benefits: -45 to 55k plus car/car allowance - experience dependant- Pensi...
