The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume timber frame site with the guidance and support of a Senior Site Manager.Job Duties: Assist the Senior Site Manager in overseeing daily on-site operationsEnsure adherence to health and safety regulationsCoordinate and manage subcontractorsMonitor progress and quality of workAssist in the resolution of any site issuesMaintain accurate site records and documentation Required Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)First Aid certificationValid Driving Licence Experience: Prior experience in timber frame construction or new build housing projectsKnowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of timber frame construction methodsExcellent project management skillsAbility to work effectively in a ..... full job details .....
