Are you looking for a permanent Assistant Site Manager position with a leading housing developer?

Thorn Baker Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a housing developer working across traditional new build housing sites.

• Up to £55,000 + package

• Traditional new build housing sites
• Sites across Redditch, Nuneaton and Coventry, with Gaydon also a possibility

• 2+ years'' experience in a permanent Assistant Site Manager position
• 2+ years'' experience working for a housing developer
• Ideally experience with a PLC housebuilder
• Strong traditional new build housing experience
• Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
• Managing subcontractors and trades
• Monitoring health & safety and quality
• Ensuring programmes and build schedules are maintained
• Working closely with the wider site team to deliver high-quality new homes
