Key Responsibilities: Production and Programme Delivery: Support the day-to-day coordination of on-site operations, driving construction programmes to ensure plots are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections across all trades, managing snagging processes and ensuring strict compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and specification requirements. Subcontractor Management: Supervise on-site trade contractors and labour, monitoring daily progress, coordinating site logistics, and holding teams accountable for performance, safety, and productivity.
