Assistant Site Manager

With a first-class reputation for quality and multiple years as a 5 Housebuilder, our client are looking for an experienced and proficient Assistant Site Manager to support the no.1 on site. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a volume housebuilder and have strong technical knowledge of the full build process. Key Responsibilities: Programme Execution and Build Quality: Assist the site management team in driving daily construction workflows, ensuring every plot meets high standards for premium finish, structural integrity, and defect-free handovers. Site Administration and Reporting: Support the compilation of weekly progress reports, material call-off schedules, and labour tracking, maintaining transparent communication across the regional operational team. Customer Journey and Home Demonstrations: Partner with the sales and customer care divisions to facilitate pre-plaster visits, home demonstrations, and final completions, ensuring a frictionless and exceptional experience for incoming residents. Trade and Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise on-site contractors and labour resources, keeping production aligned with the master construction program while managing site logistics, material drop zones, and plant utilisation.
