This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced management team on a multi-phase housing scheme, gaining exposure to all aspects of site management while progressing towards a Site Manager position. The Role Reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy residential development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the management of subcontractors and site labour Driving health and safety standards across the development Coordinating trades to achieve build programmes and key deadlines Conducting quality inspections and snagging activities Supporting NHBC and Building Control inspections Monitoring site presentation and housekeeping Assisting with material management and deliveries Ensuring plots are delivered to the highest customer service standards Supporting the site team with handovers and completions Candidate Requirements Previous experience as an ..... full job details .....
