The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are built safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the management of subcontractors on site. Monitoring health and safety compliance across the development. Supporting the build programme and ensuring works are progressing to schedule. Conducting quality inspections and snagging checks. Assisting with NHBC inspections and compliance requirements. Coordinating materials, labour and site logistics. Ensuring company standards and procedures are adhered to at all times. Supporting customer satisfaction initiatives and delivering an excellent home-buying experience.
