The Role Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist with the management of subcontractors and direct labour on site Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings, specifications and company standards Support the Site Manager with health and safety compliance across the development Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging activities Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues Help coordinate plots through construction stages to successful handover Manage deliveries, logistics and site presentation Ensure NHBC standards and building regulations are adhered to at all times Support customer care and defect resolution following handovers Maintain accurate site records and reporting ..... full job details .....
