The project is a New Build Housing Development for an industry leading client, so suitabel NBH experience is required for the job. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments- Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
