Quality & Safety: Perform safety audits, risk assessments, and quality control checks to meet legal standards and project goals. Resident Liaison: Work alongside Resident Liaison Officers to ensure minimum disruption to tenants living in occupied properties. Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, resolve snags, and complete handover records. Essential Requirements Experience: Prior background as a site supervisor or assistant manager in residential or social housing refurbishment. Certifications: Valid CSCS card and First Aid at Work certification.
