The project will commence on site imminently and involves the replacement and remediation works both internally & externally to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (Building Safety Act). Role/duties: Reporting to a site based Site Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Assistant Site Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to attend regular progress meetings. Qualifications: Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid. A valid driving licence will also be required for this role.
