Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of site operations. Coordinate and oversee timber frame installations and follow-on trades. Ensure all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material control. Maintain site records, reports, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Foster good working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Requirements: Proven experience as an  Assistant Site Manager  within  timber frame construction . Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing. Excellent organisational and communication skills. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid  certifications –  essential . Full UK driving licence required. Temporary
