Assistant Site Manager New Build Housing

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Maanager to join a residential construction team. Working on high-quality new-build housing developments, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are completed to the highest standards, ready for customer handover. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in residential housebuilding who takes pride in delivering quality homes and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage all finishing works across a busy residential housing development. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Carry out quality inspections and snagging, ensuring defects are rectified promptly. Prepare plots for NHBC inspections and customer handovers. Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure build programmes are achieved. Maintain excellent health and safety standards on site. Ensure all plots are completed in line with company quality standards and programme requirements. Liaise with Customer Care and Sales teams where required to ensure smooth completions. Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within residential housebuilding. Strong knowledge of internal and external finishing trades. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality. Ability to manage subcontractors and meet tight deadlines. SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. Valid CSCS Card.
