Role: Assistant Site Manager Site location: Swindon (x3 roles) Client/Developer: 5 national developer with a 5 HBF customer rating What we offer: An excellent pipeline of work across Bristol and the South West region and offering real career progression and job security Region: Bristol and South West region Bristol, Avon, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Salary and package: Salary up to £55,000 per annum, 15% bonus, company car or car allowance, pension matched up to 10%, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Immediately available About you: Experience working for a residential house builder or main contractor or experienced trade background Experience of working within established build programs Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs A member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or qualified to NVQ level in Construction Management or a time served tradesman with considerable experience of the full range of construction trades In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g. Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations Good knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with all issues relating to Customer Service About the role: Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist the Site Manager in managing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, ..... full job details .....
