Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing

Assistant Site Manager - Worksop - 6 Weeks Approach Personnel are currently working with an industry leading, new build housing developer who are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for a short-term project in Worksop, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will have relevant New Build Housing management experience and have excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and practices. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets. Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments Strong Health and Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Strong understanding of NHBC standards and procedures.
