Assistant Site Manager - Worksop - 6-Weeks

Approach Personnel are currently working with an industry leading, new build housing developer who are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for a short-term project in Worksop, starting-ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have relevant New Build Housing management experience and have excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and practices.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
• Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments-
• Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
• Strong understanding of NHBC standards and procedures.

Key Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
• Coordinating works across site
• Reporting progress to the site manager
