Proven experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on a New Build Housing project. Strong understanding of the NHBC or LABC / Premier standards. Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. Current CSCS Card and ideally, SMSTS Full UK Driving Licence is required.
