Assistant Site Manager – Façade Remediation

We are currently working with an established contractor specialising in fa-ade remediation and refurbishment projects who is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction, ideally within fa-ade, cladding or remediation works, who is looking to develop their career in site management.

The Role

• Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of remediation projects.

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials to ensure works progress in line with programme.

• Monitor health & safety standards and ensure site procedures are followed.

• Support quality assurance inspections, snagging and project documentation.

• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and management to resolve any issues.

• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar construction management role.

• Experience in fa-ade, cladding, external refurbishment or remediation projects would be advantageous.

• Good understanding of site health & safety and subcontractor coordination.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications would be beneficial.
