Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finishing trades and subcontractors. Monitor progress against programme and resolve delays. Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging. Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site standards. Coordinate materials, labour, and sequencing of works. Prepare plots for inspections, CML, NHBC, and customer handovers. Report progress and issues to the Site Manager. Key Trades Drylining, plastering, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, decoration, flooring, mastic, final fix carpentry, and external finishing works. Experience & Qualifications Experience on new-build residential RC frame projects. Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality control. SMSTS (preferred), CSCS Card, First Aid at Work. Good communication, organisation, and subcontractor management skills. Temporary
